School Supply Drive
It's time once again for our Annual School Supply Drive. At the August Phlocking we will be collecting supplies for the Snively Resource Center. Supplies needed include paper, back packs, pencils, crayons, folders, glue, and rulers.

August Bounty
Along with the school supply drive we will also be collecting your old books that are just hanging around your house and would love the opportunity to bring someone else enjoyment. They will be given to the VA Hospital.
September Bounty
We will be collecting items for the troops. Along with your donations we would greatly appreciate it if you could include a letter or thank you card to the troops in Iraq. These personal words of appreciation mean a lot to the troops.
The Pirates on the Ridge (formerly Parrot Head Club of Winter Haven) was established in 2002 and proudly serves Parrot Heads in the Polk County area. The club is a member of Parrot Heads in Paradise, Inc. (PHIP). We are dedicated to serving the community through volunteer efforts and charitable fund-raising and having fun doing it. This is accomplished by following the club's motto: "Party with a Purpose".
If you enjoy making new friends, Jimmy Buffett style music and the frame of mind it creates, and making a difference in your community this may be the club for you. Check out our website and join us at a phlocking.
We phlock (get together) every first Saturday of the month at Salt Water Grill from 7:00 until 11:00pm. Salt Water Grill is located at 5654 Cypress Gardens Blvd. in Winter Haven. They are beside Gold's Gym in the plaza across the street from the Best Western.
